Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order any time before project kick-off by contacting us at dramiopvtltd@gmail.com or +91 99793 51156 with your order number, for a full refund.

After Kick-off

Once work has started, you may still cancel; billing follows our Refund Policy — you pay for completed milestones and third-party costs incurred, and the remainder is refunded.

Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before kick-off, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order due to capacity constraints, pricing errors, or scope we cannot responsibly deliver; any amount paid will be fully refunded.
