This website dramio.in ("Website") is owned and operated by DRAMIO PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), which runs the brand DRAMIO TECH. By accessing this Website or purchasing a service package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide IT services — including website and application development, cloud & DevOps, AI automation, security assessments and technical support — as the fixed-scope packages described on this Website. Each package lists its indicative stack and delivery timeline; final scope is confirmed with you before work begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner PayU; payment against invoice (bank transfer/UPI) is also available. We reserve the right to change prices and to decline any order in case of pricing errors or capacity constraints.

3. Orders & Project Kick-off

Placing an order reserves a project slot. Our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm scope, collect requirements and schedule delivery. You agree to provide accurate contact information and timely inputs (content, access, approvals) needed to deliver the service.

4. Client Responsibilities & Security Work

For cybersecurity services (audits, penetration tests), you confirm that you own the systems in scope or have written authorisation from their owner. Testing is performed only against the agreed, authorised scope.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

On receipt of full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are assigned to you, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries and open-source components (which remain under their own licences). The DRAMIO TECH name, logo and Website content are the property of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
