Refund Policy

We want every project to land well. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work for our service packages.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before the project kick-off call (i.e. before any work has started), you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
After Work Has Started
- If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable extension of the stated timeline, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the work
- Completed milestones, delivered work and third-party costs already incurred (domains, licences, cloud charges) are non-refundable
- Monthly support plans can be stopped anytime; unused full months are refunded
How to Request a Refund

Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (via PayU) within 5β7 business days
- For invoice/bank-transfer payments, refunds are made via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide
